Q: How do you charge the BowlerID battery?

A: BowlerID uses an internal battery housed within the sensor. It charges every time you plug the device into the USB port of your computer. It takes approximately 15 minutes to attain full charge. If the device has been unused for a long period of time, we recommend charging before beginning a session.

Q: What do I do if the BowlerID light does not flash green?

A: If the BowlerID device continues to flash red, please turn it off, wait a few seconds and power it back on. If it problem persists, please contact technical support.

Q: Why is BowlerID not recording shots and giving an error message?

A: The bowler needs to come to a complete stop for three seconds before starting their approach. In this timeframe, BowlerID will recognize a stop in movement and start recording. For optimal results, please make sure you are throwing BowlerID at a full rack of pins.
